Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Original packaging and tags must be included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Final sale or clearance items
- Used or damaged products caused after delivery
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
